Renovation of a transportation facility in Seatac, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a runway / taxiway.
Hensel Phelps as the General Contractor / Construction Manager (GC/CM) for the project is requesting Bids from qualified firms for Bid Package 1 of the Baggage Optimization Project. - Phase 3 (BOP3) at. the SeattleTacoma International Airport. Hensel Phelps and the Port of Seattle have determined that there are opportunities for Women & Minority Business Enterprises (WMBE) to participate as prime subcontractor bidders, sub-tier bidders, or suppliers in the project. and have established an overall project WMBE aspirational goal of 4%. If interested in opportunities as a sub-tier please email PNWBids@henselphelps.com with your items of interest. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish 100% Payment and Performance Bonds for all subcontracts exceeding $100,000. A Bid Bond is required to be submitted with the bid. Subcontracts shall be executed on the Hensel Phelps standard subcontract forms, copies of which will be included with the Bid Documents. This is a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) project. Workers' Compensation Waiver of Subrogation will be required of all Subcontractors. Hensel Phelps is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Contractor.
