For all purposes and uses herein, a bid and all required paperwork is "received" at the time and date indicated on the Purchasing Office file stamp which shall be impressed on the face of all such documents when and as presented at the Purchasing Office. This invitation package consists of EIGHTY (80) pages. Bidders shall verify they have received all pages as indicated. The Commission cannot and does not guarantee that inquiries sent by mail or e-mail will be received on or before the submission date and time as indicated.
