The intent of this Sources Sought is to determine the technical capabilities available of prospective vendors/entities with experience to perform the required work for this project. The center's design is comprised of ten (10) buildings totaling approximately 240,000 gross square feet in a 29-acre footprint, meeting the requirements to form a completely self-sufficient campus for the new Atlanta Center. Buildings include a welcome center, administrative and medical/dental clinic, student services building, education center, child development center, cafeteria, and culinary arts center, 2x 2-story dormitories, recreation center, and a maintenance and storage building.
