Renovation of an educational facility in Murray, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Attached hereto is a copy of the "Advertisement for Bids" for furnishing all labor, equipment, appliances, and material necessary for: DOYLE FINE ARTS HVAC This project consists of removal of the existing steam system and connection to the Old Fine Arts heating hot water system. The fourth-floor built-in place air handling unit components will all be replaced and controls upgraded. Penthouse built-in place air handling unit cooling coil will be replaced and controls upgraded. Responsible General Contractors who have proper experience, equipment, and qualifications are invited to bid on this work. These factors will be considered in the Award of Contract and all work will be performed under the standard regulations for construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
