D. Supervise, Organize, Coordinate, and Direct Construction Operations of Sub-trades and Suppliers. It is Required That a Competent Supervisor Be on-site at All Times to Monitor Construction Activities. E. Supply, Install, Commission, and Put Into Continuous Operation Equipment and Appurtenances Specified Herein. Include Operating Assistance to the Owner as Specified Herein. F. In Addition to Constructing the Works Shown on the Drawings, It is the Responsibility of the Contractor to Design, Construct, and Maintain, Unless Otherwise Specified or Shown on the Contract Drawings, All Temporary Works and Facilities Required for the Construction of the Works. This Includes Maintaining the Plant as Habitable and Operational During the Construction Period. Remove Temporary Works When Construction is Completed. Design of Temporary Works Are to Be Stamped by a Professional Engineer (P.eng.) Registered in the Province of Ontario, as Applicable. Temporary Works and Facilities Include, but Are Not Limited to the Following: 1. All Security and Delineation Fencing. 2. Falsework and Bracing for Formwork or for Other Parts of the Works While Under Construction. 3. Bracing and Shoring, Including for Supporting Existing Structures, and for Partially Completed Masonry, Steelwork, Precast Concrete, Cast-in-place Concrete, or Other Assembly. 4. Any Temporary Piping and Piping Supports. 5. Any Temporary Hvac Equipment to Maintain Habitable Temperatures Within the Facility (20-25 Degrees C). 6. Scaffolding. 7.
