This is a request for quote for the supplies listed on the attached RFQ. This RFQ synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) in Subpart 12 & 13. This is a firm fixed price procurement. This contract shall provide the Bureau of Engraving and Printing with the Mechanism to utilize the services of a contractor to clean ductwork within the Manufacturing Directorate Section 10. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform the specified HVAC duct cleaning services and inside of air handling units within the Manufacturing Directorate Section 10. The Contractor shall perform to the performance standards and specifications in the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Actual work is dependent upon demand and scheduling. This PWS is not intended to cover hazardous material remediation. If the Contractor determines during the course of the work that hazardous material exists, they are to immediately stop work and notify the Contracting Officer Technical Representative, as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for 30 days to begin within 10 days of contract award. Services performed can only occur on the weekend.
