Swedish Road from County Road F north approximately 4200 feet is a LRIP Town Road Improvement Project. The project length is approximately 4,196 feet. Work includes placing 1300 tons of crushed 1 -inch aggregate-3 inches deep by 22 feet wide on existing asphalt surface and pulverizing full asphalt depth from County Road F approximately 3" (11,000 sy). grade, shape so base is crowned to a 2 percent from center line, compact, pave 1,300 tons of type 4MT 58-285, 2 inches thick placed in 1 lift, place 250 tons of compacted %" crushed aggregate for shoulder 2 foot wide by 2 inches deep. with a shoulder machine and compacted with a smooth drum or pneumatic roller. All work to be completed by September 27, 2024. The Town of Sigel reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid they deem most advantageous to the town.
