At 33568 E Columbia Ave., Scappoose, OR 97056 The Work to be done under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of WWTP improvements including the following in Scappoose, Oregon: o Schedule A: Modifications to the existing influent pump station; new headworks building with screening, new grit separator, new washer compactor; new aeration basin with flow split; new blower building and electrical room; new UV disinfection channel; new utility water pump station; modifications to the existing effluent pump station; new electrical service, electrical improvements, and updated SCADA system; and related yard piping, site improvements, and grading and seeding. o Schedule B: Installation of an owner-supplied biosolids dryer system including selective demolition; new concrete slab and equipment pads; dryer, air-handling unit, boiler, scrubber, shaftless screw conveyors, and chain conveyors; new electrical service, electrical and SCADA improvements; and related yard piping, utilities, site improvements, and grading and seeding. See Schedule B Technical Specifications for details of owner-supplied equipment. o Additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans. The City of Scappoose reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the City of Scappoose. The City of Scappoose may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
