Project No. 630-16-101A - Installation of Temporary Chillers at Margaret Cochran-Corbin VA Medical Center located at 423 East 23 Street, NY, 10010. Prospective Contractor must provide all necessary construction services to install 4160V electrical service from the
Building #5. Switchgear Room, Breaker J-2C, to rental 4160V disconnect switch panel and then 4160V service to Line side
of transformer (supplied by others) for the five Rental Chillers. Supply and install conduit and conductors sized for
full load of five 400-ton chillers. Works under this project include but not limited to installation of electrical line
and all other necessary construction services in accordance with Scope of Work, and other VA guidelines. This is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside procurement. All prospective offerors
must be registered in beta.SAM.gov, Duns and Bradstreet (www.dnb.com) and are verified/visible /certified in SBA's
Veterans Small Business Certification (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov) at the time of quote submission. Contractors
must submit their Annual Vets4212 Report. The offeror to whom award is made will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds, Standard Form 25A or Alternative Payment protections which conforms to requirements set forth in FAR Clause 52.228-13, Alternative Payment
Protections, as noted in General Conditions. Copies of the Standard Form of Payment Bond may be obtained upon applicatio
