Division of the specification into divisions and sections is for the purpose of simplification alone. Responsibility for the work of various trades shall rest with the Contractor. B. The specifications and drawings establish the quality of materials, equipment, workmanship and methods of construction. The Contract Documents are intended to secure for the Owner first class installation in every respect. C. The work included under Division 23 of the specifications shall include complete mechanical systems as shown on the drawings and as specified herein. Provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment, machinery, and other items necessary to complete the mechanical system.
