Accepting Bids The Town of Sterling will accept sealed bids on furnishing the Township with approx. 12,000 yards, more or less of 3/4 in. gravel and breaker to meet state & township specifications and to be applied to town roads no later than August 1, 2024. It is requested that the bids be given in cost per yard to be stockpiled and/or tailgate spread. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract within 10 days of the Board's decision to award the contract to such bidder. Such contract will contain liquidated damages. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid they feel is most advantageous to the Township.
