Ingham County seeks proposals for the services of multiple surveyors for its 2024 Remonumentation Project. All work shall be performed under the guidelines and conditions set forth in P.A. 345 of 1990. It is the County's intent to award multiple contracts for the work contained herein. Award shall be made to the most responsible and responsive proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County provided that the proposal has been submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFP and does not exceed the budgeted funds available. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or irregularities in proposals, and/or to negotiate separately the terms and conditions of all or any part of the proposals as determined to be in the County's best interests at its sole discretion even though not the lowest cost.
