Ogden City is requesting sealed bids from a qualified individual(s) or firm(s) to provide Chain link fencing, gates, concrete mow strips and installation at our newest dog park, located at Big D Sports Park, 1375 Park Blvd. Ogden, UT. A Bid Security must accompany each Bid. The total amount of the Bid on which Bid security is to be based shall be the sum of all items of the Bid constituting the maximum amount of the possible award to the Bidder. The Bond amount must equal at least five (5) percent of the total amount of the Bid. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Cashier's check or Bid Bond. No other form of Bid Security will be accepted. The contractor will leave the job site clean, level, and safe for users when the job is complete.
