Site work for a civil project in New Rochelle, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

As part of this phase, the City expects to be presented with a formal engineering analysis and recommended upgrades (i.e. Geometry) for drainage improvements at the Pinebrook Blvd and Tulip Ln crossings. These concept designs shall demonstrate the expected flood mitigation benefits at each crossing and include estimated construction costs for each design. End Date 07/05/2024 Consultants shall include all necessary due diligence in their scope of work as required to analyze the Sheldrake watershed and Sheldrake River crossings at Pinebrook Blvd and Tulip Ln. This may include, but not be limited to, utility markouts, site surveying, and hydrologic & hydraulic modeling. In addition to scope and fee, all proposals shall include signed Vendor Responsibility Forms in Attachment A of this RFP. The anticipated time for completion of Phase 001 is 8 weeks following the Notice to Proceed. This phase shall be completed on or before July 5th 2024. The Consultant shall provide a preliminary drainage report and conceptual designs for review on or before June 14th 2024. By signing in the space provided below, the undersigned certifies that the respondent (i) has read and understands and accepts the scope and requirements of this project and all of the attachments; (ii) has the capacity to execute this project; (iii) agrees to accept payment in accordance with the requirements of this Proposal and the standard construction services contract, and (iv) will, if its proposal is accepted, enter into a standard agreement with the City of New Rochelle. The City of New Rochelle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with any Firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
