Request for Quote Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks Stock Tank Construction and Pads Bid Guarantee: No monetary bid guarantee required. Questions requesting clarification of the bid must be submitted in writing to Procurement Officer: Ashley Evans Telephone: 785-296-8107 E-Mail Address: ashley.n.evans@ks.gov. Before the end of the day, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks is seeking a vendor to establish to furnish materials and labor to construct four (4) steel rim stock tanks set in concrete in Clark County, Kansas. All four tanks will be constructed on Big Basin Prairie Reserve and is located approximately 14 miles south of Minneola, KS off US Highway 283 in SW Clark County. Please refer to the attached map for individual tank site locations. All construction materials and equipment including, but not limited to: concrete forms, rebar, rebar fasteners, rebar chairs, 20' diameter steel tank rim, 2" galvanized steel pipe, and pipe fittings will be supplied by the vendor, unless prior arrangements are made with the Wildlife Area Manager. Work is to be completed no later than August 30, 2024.
