District requires that Bidders possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time of submission of the Bid Proposal: C-13 Fencing. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law. 1. remove all existing building signage and reinstall after new finishes. 2. contractor to paint all (e) exterior building elements including but not limited to the following: a. exterior plaster and all trim/flashings. b. exterior wood: fasica, outriggers, framing members, door and window trim, all adjacent and continuous pedestrian covered walkway wood deck, roof overhang decking, miscellaneous exterior wood trim. c. all exterior steel: downspouts, gutters, all exposed flashings, hollow metal doors and frames, covered walkway columns, miscellaneous utility lines and conduit not shown, adjacent metal ralings, and miscellaneous steel connection/pieces. 3. contractor to clean and apply clear anti-graffiti coating on brick. 4. contractor to protect in place all (e) security cameras, light fixtures, & other wall mounted equip.
