All Proposals Must Be Submitted On Bid Forms Furnished By Lamp Rynearson And Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond Or A Certified Check In The Amount Not Less Than One Thousand, Two Hundred And No/100 Dollars ($1,200.00), Payable Without Condition To The Treasurer Of Sanitary And Improvement District No. 255, As Security That The Bidder To Whom The Contract May Be Awarded Will Enter Into A Contract To Build The Improvements In Accordance With This Notice To Contractor And Will Give A Contract And Maintenance Bond In The Amount Of 100% Of The Total Contract Price, All As Provided In The Specifications.
