The NYS Office of Mental Health and Elmira Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service at Elmira Psychiatric Center located at 100 Washington St, Elmira, NY 14901. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. All written questions regarding this solicitation must be sent to Nate Wise via e-mail only by May 7, 2024, by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and answers will be accumulated by NYS Office of Mental Health and sent to all potential bidders by May 14, 2024, by 3:00 PM ET. Questions and Answers will also be posted to the New York State Contract Reporter Ad. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE - 16%; WBE - 14%. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at 6%. New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
