Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Clinton, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
The Town of Clinton seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Design and Resident Engineering Services for the Target Area Sidewalks Improvement Project. This project involves the replacement of approximately 1100 LF of concrete sidewalk, as well as associated granite curbing, street lighting, and landscaping on portions of Union, Walnut, and Prospect Streets in Clinton, Massachusetts. Design services sought under this request include survey and preparation of contract documents. Resident Engineering Services include bidding assistance, contract administration and project oversight, including resident inspector (clerk of the works) services, and project closeout. Evaluation of proposals will be based upon qualifications rather than on fee, which is not to exceed $25,000. This project is funded by a Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). All relevant state and federal requirements apply. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Town of Clinton is an EO/AA Employer. The Town encourages disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business participation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
