Sinai Health System - Construction Manager Services- Pathology Lab Expansion Project This project is to fit out the current Pathology shelled Lab space on Level 6 of University wing, with a new pathology lab containing four (4) new grossing stations, vented cabinets, and associated equipment. The lab design will comply with CSA, ACGIH and relevant code standards. The facility has had previous ongoing issues with passing formalin testing in the existing grossing area on level 6, and a critical component of this new design is the introduction of a new dedicated exhaust system, associated ductwork, and requirements that final balancing and commissioning activities include formalin testing, which needs to be passed ahead of issuance of occupancy.
