The intent is to construct a well-graded, smooth parking surface that freely sheet-drains to the northwest ravine area. Be advised the Village of Burns Lake has a defined budget that must not be exceeded. As such, any item may be increased, decreased or removed in its entirety at the discretion of the Village of Burns Lake. For example, a contractor may be chosen to complete all work except asphalt paving and the Village may complete this under a separate project.
