As of June 11, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1,300 linear feet of Wilmington Avenue from Richmond Lane to Monticello Drive, 1,500 linear feet of Charlotte Avenue from Richmond Land to Monticello Drive, as well as the reconstruction of approximately 900 LF of Chiles Street from Cumberland Road to halfway between Charlotte Avenue and Pensacola Avenue. This includes reconstructing the existing asphalt roadway to a concrete section consisting of 6" of reinforced concrete with 6" of flexible base subgrade. The project also includes the installation of approximately 3,600 LF of 6"-8" water line, 1,900 LF of reinforced concrete pipe of various sizes, and approximately 1,200 LF of 6"-8" sanitary sewer line. Additionally, the project includes ADA compliant sidewalks with curb ramps, driveway repairs, and streetlights. Any addenda issued will be posted to the procurement website or mailed upon request.
