The consultant shall understand the purpose of this project is to prepare design documents, assist in bidding, and performance of all construction administrative services to complete the replacement of the roofs listed below: 1) Doug Tew Recreation Center: 300 Garland St -- +/- 15,500 SQFT, Single-Ply Roof - Replacement of flat roof only 2) Criminal Justice Building: 210 N St Andrews St -- +/- 39,000 SQFT, Single-Ply Roof - Replacement of entire roof - Possible replacement of the metal roof at the entrance +/- 1700 SQFT 3) Family Service Center: 301 W Lafayette St -- +/- 6,000 SQFT, Single-Ply Roof; +/- 37,000 SQFT, Shingle - Replacement of entire roof 4) Dothan Utilities Building: 200 Kilgore Dr -- +/- 123,000 SQFT, Single-Ply Roof - Replacement of entire roof
