Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Saint Louis Zoo Facilities Management division is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to repair numerous areas in the Polar Bear building to repair the chilled water piping that is leaking at identified joints. These joints are located where plastic and metal components meet. This is a glycol system, that holds approximately 1000 gallons. It is the intent to recover and reuse the existing glycol. The glycol concentration will need to be back to design spec (approximately. 40%) at end of job. All pipe insulation disturbed will need to be re-insulated at completion of project.
