Renovation of an educational facility in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 300-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
All questions shall be submitted in writing directly to WCSD's Solicitations website at or via e-mail to solicitations@washoeschools.net by 4:30 p.m. (Local Time) on May 7, 2024 Scope of Work: Provide secure entry improvements at Main entry to include: enclosure of Welcome Center with egress doors, replacing Administration and Bookkeeper windows with bullet resistant service windows and solid surface counter tops. Service windows include passive talk through ports, counter mounted electronic microphone/speaker, bullet resistant package pass through locker, under window pass through document tray. Two (2) doors to include buzz-in access with controls at two (2) service counters, one (1) door to include power assist operator. Improvements to HVAC, electrical, and security cameras also included.
