Reference Number 0000268357 The Montreal Maintenance Center (MMC), located at 201 Ash Avenue in Montreal, QC, is VIA's largest maintenance center where trains and locomotives undergo regular maintenance and major repairs. The aim of this project is to equip the MMC's routine maintenance shop (commonly known as Servicing) with the ability to de-ice trains using low-pressure hot water on the shop's three (3) tracks, and to remove snow and ice around the train to facilitate inspections.
