To operate, during certain shifts, a fully functional High Pressure (15 PSI and greater) Boiler Plant with all the associated equipment to produce and distribute high pressure steam at the Social Security Administration Headquarters. Coverage to include various rotating shifts which includes days, evenings, and nights as well as weekdays and weekends (to include Holidays). The Social Security Administration (SSA) is soliciting proposals for Operations & Maintenance for Boiler Support services at SSA's Headquarters Main Complex located at 6401 Security Boulevard, Baltimore, Maryland 21235. Capable and responsible small businesses are invited to review the documents herein and provide a proposal by the date identified in Block 8 of this form (see above).
