The project consists of the following public improvements: Approximately 50 city blocks of mill and overlay, 6 city blocks of pavement removal and replacement, and up to 14 city blocks of full roadway reconstruction The work shall be performed in accordance with the Drawings and Project Manual and consists of the following major items: Pavement Removal 30,000 SY Common Excavation 7,500 CY 4" Perf.
