Reference Number 0000348526 Purchase Type Term: 05/24/2024 07:00 AM EDT - 04/30/2025 11:59 PM EDT Delivery Point Various Locations in the Town of Colonie Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- Each submitted proposal must be accompanied by (a) a certified check in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid, drawn upon a national or state bank or trust company, to the order of the Town of Colonie, New York, or (b) a bond with sufficient sureties in a penal sum equal to 5% of the bid, conditioned that if its bid is accepted, successful bidder will enter into a contract for the same and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the performance of the contract. A separate performance bond, or its equivalent, equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required of the successful bidder; the bond shall be satisfactory to the Town of Colonie.
