The NYS Office of Mental Health's Rockland PC and Rockland Children's PC are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service for Water Treatment & Ancillary Equipment at both Rockland Psychiatric Center located at: 140 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962 (RPC) and Rockland Children's PC at: First Avenue Orangeburg, NY 10962. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 14, by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB.
