The major work will consist of the following: Installation of approximately 380 linear feet of 8-inch AWWA C-900 DR-18 water line, 870 linear feet of 12-inch AWWA C-900 DR-18 water line, and 75 LF of 20" Steel Casing Pipe by Auger Bore. Additive work will consist of the following, if awarded: Installation of approximately 3,320 square yards of 2" mill and overlay, 1,530 square yards of full depth road reconstruction, sidewalk and gutter replacement, and pavement marking. Performance and Payment Bonds: When Contractor delivers the signed counterparts of the Agreement to City, Contractor shall also deliver to City the performance bond and payment bond. City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal. The City 39 also reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual 40 products or services as may appear advantageous, and in accordance with the law, to negotiate 41 separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the City.
