RFI's must be submitted by 4/29 @ 5pm to emedaglia@umassp.edu Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Scope of Work: The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for LELACHEUR PARK-EMERGENCY POWER SYSTEMS UPGRADES Project No. CL24-EM-0027 referred to in the Contract Documents prepared by GALE ASSOCIATES, INC. as and referred to as the Prime Designer The Project consists of but not limited to: This project consists of the installation of a new emergency generator, emergency power infrastructure, equipment and associated components at the LeLacheur Baseball Stadium. The project also includes the build out of a new emergency power room and optional standby electrical room, including associated MEP/FP Services for the new rooms. The work is estimated to cost $420,000.00. WORKFORCE PARTICIPATION GOALS: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has set the following goals for workforce participation for minorities and women. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The Contractor shall strive to achieve on this project the labor workforce participation goals contained herein
