Construction commenced on 8/1/2024, completed on 2/28/2025, and accepted on 3/10/2025. The Port of Whitman County (Port) is requesting sealed bids for its Well, Pump and Electrical System Project at Central Ferry, in Whitman County, WA. The project will consist of the construction of a well as noted on the plan sheets and specifications. The Port of Whitman County reserves the reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The Port hereby notifies all submitters that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated for or against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin, in consideration for an award. Small, Minority- and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. This project is partially funded through the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board.
