Questions Due Date: Apr 25th 2024, 4:00 PM EDT Bucks County Community College, 275 Swamp Road, Newtown, PA 18940 (BCCC) invites the submission of Proposals in accordance with the Specifications: RFP#2024-0326 HVAC Lab & Building Enhancement Project-Center for Advanced Technologies. Bucks County Community College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids or parts thereof and to waive defects or irregularities. The bidder shall be required to comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and Chapter 49, Title 16, of the Pennsylvania Code and any other regulations promulgated hereunder. Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall be cognizant as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in his bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
