Contract Execution: Anticipated in late May 2024 The initial term of the agreement shall commence on the date of the last signatory and shall be for a period of one (1) year. NTMWD reserves the right to renew the agreement for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
