Site work for a water / sewer project in Amory, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work consists of straightening and re-aligning the existing lagoon baffles in both the 15 acre and 28 acre City of Amory wastewater lagoons and replacing all existing cables from the ends of all baffles to anchors placed in the levees. The City of Amory will provide all new anchors in the existing levees. The contractor will be required to provide all new cables with integral float piping along with all new hardware to connect the cables to each baffle and anchor, as well as securing the new cables to the new integral pipe floats. Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders which are bound in the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. Copies of the bid documents may also be obtained from Owen and White, Inc at no cost.
