The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. The City of Pompano Beach (the City) is seeking proposals to qualify companies/firms to provide construction services for the McNab Road Improvements project. The project entails streetscape improvements on McNab Road from Cypress Road to US 1/Federal Highway. The streetscape work includes work in the public right-of-way (see "McNab Road StreetscapePermi t Plans-Civil" and "McNab Bridge-Structures Plans") as well as work on three (3) privatelyowned parcels, namely: 200 E McNab Road (aka "Brewfish" a Subdivision located at the SE corner of the McNab Road Bridge); Cypress Landings (a Subdivision at the NW corner of the McNab Road Bridge); and, Cypress Club (a Subdivision located at the SW corner of the McNab Road Bridge) This project entails construction of streetscape improvements on McNab Road from Cypress Road to US 1/Federal Highway (see Location Map). The scope of work includes, but it's not limited to new sidewalks, street lighting, utilities (force main sewer, water main, drainage, etc.), and road resurfacing with associated signage and striping. In Step 2 of the solicitation, proposals will be requested that include lump sum costs for the following projects: a. Streetscape work/Work in Private Property b.
