Remove existing roofing to the wood substrate and properly dispose in appropriate containers. Removal must be in accordance with all procedures consistent with ACM removal as guided by the district's ACM report. Additional site visit note: Site job walks will be conducted in accordance with all health and safety protocols existing at the time of a site job walk which may limit the number of Bidder personnel permitted to participate or prescribe the manner in which the site job walk is conducted. Waiver of Irregularities. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. Award of Contract. The award of a contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest priced responsive Bid Proposal The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations, and includes, but not limited to: Remove and replace roof with new materials and 30 year warranty.
