Questions and clarifications will be answered in the form of an addendum. Bid Bond (5%)Performance Bond and Payment Bond Scope of Work This project includes plans and specifications for construction of traffic signal improvements at Roswell Road/SR 9 at Lake Placid Drive. This project will be constructed under Georgia Department of Transportation Encroachment and Signal permits. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining any permits from the City of Sandy Springs and the Georgia Department of Transportation prior to commencing work and providing notice to the City of Sandy Springs. The City of Sandy Springs reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Sandy Springs
