The City of Warren requires that all contractors and subcontractors employed on this project pay prevailing wages as listed in the prevailing wage survey published by the State of Michiganb available for download at Online. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The City also reserves the right to select multiple bids to fulfill the requirements of the project. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least sixty (60) days.. The project includes the following major work: 2 EA 36" Butterfly Valve 1 EA 30" Drain Valve 4 EA 10" Check Valves 4 EA 20" Butterfly Valve with Pneumatic Actuator 11 EA 12" Valve Removal to be Replaced with Cap 12 EA 1/2 " Air Line Removal to be Replaced with Shut Off Valves and Unions
