Renovation of an educational facility in Easley, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Successful vendor will be responsible for installation of the outdoor walk in freezer and disposal of any trash or debris as a result of the installation. 2. Vendor will be responsible for delivery (FOB) to the address specified in the purchase order, uncrating, trash disposal, and setting the new unit in place. The District Operations Department will have electrical in place to connect to. Vendor is responsible for complete installation. Every school does not have a delivery dock; therefore, a lift gate is required for delivery. 3. Equipment availability and proposed project completion will be considered in the awarding of a contract resulting from this solicitation. Equipment availability from date that the purchase order is placed must be provided on the attached Quote Form. 4. Contracted vendor must be an authorized reseller of Bally equipment. 5. Work and materials shall be in accordance with requirements of applicable codes, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to those of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association, State Fire Marshal, State Accident Commission, U.S. Public Health Service, State Board of Health, local health codes, etc. No extra charge will be paid for furnishing items required by regulations, even though such may not be shown on drawings or called for in these specifications. As of October 22, 2025, construction is complete.
