Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Long Reach, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,625-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
This contract includes the supply of all plant, labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete the tender package as identified in Section 00 21 13 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS and in Section 00 21 14 INSTRUCTIONS AUX SOUMISSIONNAIRES and as per drawings and specifications Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. Bids will be received by email only at: constructionbidssoumissions@snb.ca I We agree to be substantially completed and ready for occupancy by Owner no later than September, 9, 2024
