Request for bids for as follows: Humphreys County MCWI Bel-Air Subdivision Stormwater Ditch Rehabilitation The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bonds and other contract documents may be examined at the following: 1. Chancery Clerk Office, Humphreys County Courthouse, Belzoni, Mississippi. 2. Williams, Clark & Morrison, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 213 South Main Street, Yazoo City, Mississippi. Humphreys County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities therein, and to determine which is the best bid. A certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of total bid, made payable to Humphreys County must accompany each proposal. A performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract will be required. e. Question Deadline 05/10/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
