Renovation of an educational facility in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Mechanical: 1. Upgrade entire existing BMS control system to Honeywell product (existing hydronic heating control valves and wiring to be reused) 2. Upgrade existing BMS control HVAC system on A/H#1, A/H#2, RTU#1, RTU#2, ERV#1, heating boilers B#1 and B#2 system, By-pass boxes new Honeywell control. 3. Replace existing roof mounted condensing units, refrigeration piping, DX cooling coils for A/H#1 and A/H#2. 4. Replacement existing roof mounted RTU#1 and RTU#2 units to new product. Existing roof curbs to remain. Extend ductwork and gas piping as required. 5. Perform any other work required by this contract. Electrical: 1. Roof Area: 1. Disconnect all HVAC equipment to be removed, make services safe. 2. Connect new RTU and CU units, etc. to the existing electrical panel. 3. Provide new wiring and breakers as required. 4. Perform any other work required by this contract.
