Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ethel, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of June 4, 2024 this project was awarded to Brantco Construction with the awarded amount of $397,438.25. The Work is the supply of all labour, equipment and materials necessary to reconstruction the parking lot at North Woods Elementary School, including: Reconstruction of existing parking lot including granular base and asphalt pavement in parking lot and asphalt playground area. Construction of new asphalt path around west and south side of school. Removal and restoration of asphalt pad at west end of playground. Restoration of the site upon completion of the work.
