Bid is cancelled Cancellation Description The Government is re-evaluating a different solicitation strategy. 1. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests a quote for Mechanical Equipment and Systems Maintenance and Repair Services in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA), in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) below. 3. Solicitation W519TC-24-Q-4078 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), 100% set aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.5 and the terms and conditions listed below under the heading "Contract Terms and Provisions". This combined synopsis/solicitation is being released IAW FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. The Government Anticipates awarding a Hybrid Firm Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contract with a one-year base period and two one-year option periods, as follows: Period of Performance: Base Period: Date of Award - 365 days after award Option Period 01: 366 days after award - 731 days after award Option Period 02: 732 days after award - 1,096 days after award 4. The following NAICS code and small business size standard apply: NAICS: 238220 Size Standard: $19,000,000.00. 5. Vendor shall use Enclosure 001: "W519TC-24-Q-4078 PRICE MATRIX" to submit its price quote. 6. Contract will be awarded IAW the addendum to FAR 52.212-2 to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, responsive, and responsible contractor whose price is determined to be fair and reasonable. 7.
