Renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; multi-residential development; and municipal facility.
The address for the courthouse is 35 South 6th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901. Please see the enclosed Bid Instructions, Scope of Damage, and Photographs for each Building involved. The Scope of Damage was prepared by Sedgwick on the loss. Sedgwick will be present during the pre-bid meeting. All work is expected to be completed before June 30, 2025. Within the Bid Tabulation sheet please provide the number of days anticipated for the needed work for that building. The County Judge reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof, and readvertise if deemed necessary. Award will be made to the Company whose proposal conforms to the RFP and will be most advantageous to Sebastian County When submitting your bid please also include copies of the following: Contractor’s License, and copy of your company’s Certificate of General Liability Insurance. Bidding Contractor will need to produce a Bid Bond 5% of bid value (Arkansas Code 19-4-1405 (d)(1)(B)). A Performance AND Payment Bond will be required by the winning bidder following award and prior to entering under contract for the project.
