Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Muskegon, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The approximate quantities of major items of work are as follows: 864 Ft Sewer, CL E, 24 inch 475 Ton HMA, 13A 2,850 Syd Aggregate Base, 8 inch, 21AA, Modified Manholes, Catch Basins, Restoration, and all appurtenant work. The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all material, equipment, supervision and labor necessary to perform all of the work shown on the drawings and described in the Specifications . The work to be completed is as follows: - Approximately 1,100 feet of street reconstruction Royal Oak Road and Eastland Road, including storm sewer improvements, concrete curb and gutter, select concrete sidewalk, and HMA paving. - Reconstruction includes manholes, catch basins, restoration, and all appurtenant work. - All materials, labor, taxes, permit fees, restoration, and all appurtenant work shall be included within the scope of the work for each Project. This project will be entirely funded by the City of Roosevelt Park; no federal or state grants are involved. All Proposals shall be made in accordance with the Bidding Documents. A Proposal Guarantee payable to the City of Roosevelt Park, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, must accompany the Proposal in accordance with the Information for Bidders. A performance bond and a lien bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) The right is reserved by the City of Roosevelt Park to accept any Proposal, reject any or all Proposals, and to waive informalities in bidding when it is deemed to be in the interest of the City of Roosevelt Park. completion- October 15, 2024.
