Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 106,375-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

The project is a new 106,375 square foot, 2-story tilt wall building. The floor plan consists of primarily insulated tilt wall exterior construction with some metal stud framing. Exterior finish consists of thin brick, concrete form liner patterns, metal wall panels and brick/stone veneer. Project Address: TBD - Adelton Development near Hwy 21 & Hwy 20 **This package EXCLUDES work previously bid & awarded for electrical switchgear purchase and structural steel materials.
