Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Passaic, New Jersey. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The overall scope of the project includes milling and paving, ADA ramp compliance, and partial curb and sidewalk repairs of the following road segments unless otherwise noted Broadway Bridge (From Randolph Street to Delaware Avenue) The design consultant shall perform an inspection of the bridge surface and formulate a scope of work that includes, but not limited to, milling & resurfacing of asphalt section, concrete pavement restoration, concrete sidewalk repairs and ADA ramps, asphalt to concrete joint transition repair, fence repair, bridge parapet wall and concrete barrier repairs. The City of Passaic reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received and the right The estimated construction time is 8 to 12 weeks at 20 hours per week = 240 hours over twelve (12) weeks; The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
